Amidst his ongoing nightmare-filled hospital stay, finally experiences a few days of solace—or so he thought. Kiritani, his current attending nurse, treats him with kindness and care, providing him with not only the necessary ejaculatory relief but also serving his meals with a loving “aaahn.” Overwhelmed with joy, Yamada revels in Kiritani’s gentle treatment. However, when the name “Kurokawa” is mentioned, everything takes a sudden turn. Kurokawa bursts into tears, revealing the true nature of Kiritani. Kurokawa describes Kiritani as a former delinquent, a wicked woman who bullied and isolated anyone she disliked. But Yamada, lost in the illusion of these “ideal days” finally arriving, remains oblivious to the warning signs. He is trapped in the fantasy of finding solace at last. Soon enough, Yamada will come to regret his naivety. Kiritani’s true demonic nature emerges, a complete transformation. In a moment of desperation, Yamada unintentionally utters Kurokawa’s name.
